Can the itinerary be fully customised?
Yes. All our itineraries can be adapted to travel dates, group size, specific interests (art, wine, cuisine, history) and the comfort level you prefer.
What is the minimum and maximum number of guests?
We organise experiences for: 2 people (private tour) up to 12 guests (small group). Prices vary with the final group size.
Can I request a fully private tour?
Absolutely. We offer exclusive private tours with dedicated guide and transport. Pricing is calculated on a personalised basis.
How far ahead should I book?
We recommend booking: at least 60–90 days ahead for high season, and earlier for spring and autumn peaks. Some experiences (wineries, cooking classes, museums) have limited availability.
Can I add extra experiences?
Yes, you can add: premium tastings, private cooking classes, museum tickets, airport transfers, extra nights
Do you handle special dietary needs?
Yes. Intolerances, allergies and dietary preferences can be shared in advance and will be communicated to suppliers
Are museum and monument tickets included?
They are not included in the base package, but can be booked on request subject to availability.
Is a deposit required?
Yes. A deposit is required to confirm the booking. The balance is due before departure according to the contractual terms.
What happens in case of cancellation?
Cancellation terms vary depending on the services booked and will be specified in your personalised quotation.
Do you provide assistance during the trip?
Yes. Guests are assisted by a tour leader throughout the programme and can count on organisational support for the whole tour.
